ลักษณะการทำงาน:
• Agency Production report preparation.
• Co-work/update all MIS&Data Center operation functions for both routine and project system and support.
• Control all routine reports & system print out (policy , care card , endorsement ,Claim notice letter).
• Transfer credit card information into system for processing.
• Verify banking for support Direct Marketing Sales Channel.
• Keep all system & equipment usually worked.
• Monitor all current system support and co-develop with other sections of all new system set up.
• Non life system including User Acceptance Test for new system function, new product, e.g. Direct Marketing Cancer product.
• Prepare and consolidate reports. e.g. production report, OIC reports and Revenue Office reports, etc.
• Develop system requirement to support business.

คุณสมบัติ:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years experience in System Support.
• Good in MS Access and database basic or SQL program skills
• Experience in Ingenium System will be advantage.
• Teamwork and service minded
• Good command both spoken and written in English
• Good communication and problem solving skills
