ลักษณะการทำงาน:
1. Conduct data extraction and data gathering from Data warehouse and other systems to perform analysis on Consumer Banking Products, including studying of customer’ s characteristics, behaviors, and credit standing by segments and do the outsource survey & research on customer Market of Competitive Brands
2. Analyze and recommend effective segmentation to segment management team
3. Develop and implement consumer insight to support segment, product and channel strategy management team
4. Ensure success of project implementation and quality deliverables to customers in line and customers’ need and expectation
5. Develop customer insights from data analytics. Analytic tools used including cluster, decision tree and propensity model
6. Prepare and update periodic MIS reports and support on information necessary for business decision.
7. Advise and collaborate with Data Management Center in maintaining high data integrity and robust Data-warehouse.

คุณสมบัติ:
1. Master’s degree in MBA, Computer Science, IT, Data mining, MIS, Statistical or related fields
2. Good background in database management skill, MIS
3. Must have good programming background, especially SAS (SAS programming and Enterprise Miner) and SQL.
4. At least 3 years of working experience in MIS, Business Analyst, Business solution analyst, CRM (banking industry), data mining, research marketing and database management especially for consumer banking, consumer finance, consumer products or services, business development or market research
5. Strong leadership with highly internal achievement drive
6. Good knowledge of the Bank’s information system is required.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
8. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
9. Able to work independently and work beyond regular hours under deadline pressure
