คุณสมบัติ:
• Male age above 25-40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering Background (Electronics, Electrical, Telecom) or related field.
• Must have minimum 2 year working experience for IBC installation, supervisor level and RF design experience.
• 1 – 2 years of working experience in drive test, walk test and oprimisation.
• Good problem-solving, Decision making and analytical skill, Team player.
• Energetic, high responsible and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English

ลักษณะการทำงาน:
• To lead the IBC design & RF optimization team in one or several projects.
• To conduct and lead IBC design & RF optimization processes and activities for GSM and WCDMA networks.
• Tasks to improve the network performance through the optimization activities to exceed customer’s satisfaction & expectation.
• Provide solutions to major problems related to network performance, including complex technical issues, long pending problems and customer complaints.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to the project and customer on certain issues to improve working process or improving the network performance and technical requirements itself.
• Parameter tuning and justifications for performance improvements
• Conduct technical negotiations and presentations to customers
• To conduct and lead IBC design & RF optimization processes and activities for GSM and WCDMA networks.
