Act as primary interface with Japanese clients regarding (pre-)sales engagements, bid & proposal development, contract & change management. Intermediate between client and delivery teams during delivery of ERP implementations. Identify and communicate opportunities for new business. Comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects.

Extensive Account / Project Management experience (10+ years), preferably SAP.
Familiar with Program Management concepts.

ERP skills essential. Selling skills needed at higher levels.
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills, both Japanese and English
Comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects
